- Patent Prosecution Support. Use us to provide relief to your current paralegal’s workload. We can assist during busy times or leaves. Pay us for ONLY what you need. This saves you the expensive mark-up rates from temp agencies! Please refer to our direct paralegal support menu for more information.
- Patent Prosecution Projects. We recognize that some projects take up a lot of your paralegals' time. We have assisted with file transfers, mass name changes, and maintaining records on patent systems (e.g. Anaqua), which has freed up time from already busy paralegals.

Aubre Rabe has been a Patent Paralegal for over 15 years, specializing in
U.S. and International Patent Prosecution, including National Phase Filings. She helped establish an IP database for an international corporation and assisted with creating their policies and procedures. She was also the first to pilot the use of electronic USPTO correspondence when she worked at a local law firm. She is tech-savvy and has a penchant for efficiency and organizational tools.
In her own words, this is why Aubre started the business: " I wanted to create a life for myself that I was passionate about, able to be myself, and enjoy what I do. One day out of the blue it hit me that I needed to start my own paralegal business. I really enjoy coming up with processes, efficiencies and teaching others what I know. The fact that I now get to do that on a routine basis is really exciting to me. "
When she's not busy with the business or teaching legal courses at the local community college, she enjoys traveling, volunteering with the Junior League, spending time outdoors and with her animals.
