TRAINING FOR CURRENT PATENT PARALEGALS

We offer an assortment of training to current patent paralegals.  Whether you are just getting started and need some guidance and accountability,  looking to venture off on your own, or somewhere in-between we are here to help you.


We provide  monthly and irregular one-hour training sessions.  We also provide a subscription that allows you to contact us anytime with patent questions.  Please see below for more details or contact us to schedule a call to discuss these options.

HELPLINE FOR PATENT QUESTIONS!

You can call or email us anytime with any patent related paralegal questions. Are you stuck and don't know what to do and want someone to guide you? We're here to help! Please contact us for more details or to sign up for this option.

MONTHLY Paralegal mentorship and training

We will meet four times a month for an hour session. Typically we meet once a week but we can work with your schedule. Below you can find some of the things we cover. If the schedule and budget doesn't work for you, let us know and we can find something that is aligned with your needs. The membership includes unlimited email support so you can contact us anytime with questions.

review of projects delegated to you

We review projects delegated to you, help you plan next steps and ways to collaborate well with your team.

Docket review

We review your docket, answer any questions and help you organize and stay afloat.

review of patent filings

We can review your patent filings before it goes to the attorney for review and answer any questions you may have.  This is also an opportunity for us to help spot any potential errors.

ASSISTANCE WITH SOFTWARES AND SYSTEMS

We have expertise in several different systems and softwares and can help guide you  so you can be efficient and knowledgable.  Some of the trainings we have done are:

There are so many different systems out there to help keep paralegals organized.  Sometimes that's using a system on paper and many times, it's electronic.  Let's work together and help you figure out what works best for you and the attorneys you support. We will show you tips and tricks of different things you can do.

If you have any patent questions, we will answer those questions during our session and get you what you need.  We are also available by email in between sessions so we are at your disposal for anything that may arise.  This is a great opportunity to ask any of those burning questions!

​​​​​​​Hi, my name is Aubre' Rabe and I am the owner of AR Legal Solutions. I have worked both in-house and at law firms for over 15 years collectively.  You will meet with me during our sessions. I love teaching others what I know.  Anything from patent knowledge to things I learned the hard way early in my career to ways to be more efficient.  I can't wait to work with you!
